This web page is yet to be devoted to small town in Serbia, one of 17 municipalities in City of Belgrade. Compared to other Serbian places of the similair size, this town is a pleasant place for residing. Population of 25.000, with nice greenery alll over the place, as can be seen on the picture below, showing town center. If you happen to be visiting for any reason, the only available hotel is this 6 storey building on the left with 20 or so rooms. We suggest that you take higher ones for better views. Right in the picture is an Orthodox Christian church devoted to Sv. Dimitrije (St. Demetrios), as majority of citizen are orthodox christians, but only 2% are regular visitors to Sunday Lithurgy. Top of the picture shows modern building for various sport activities including olympic size swimming pool available during winter season. As marked in the photo, there is an opet pit coal mine in close proximity of the town with some BWE and conveyor visible devastating the nature for the sake of coal required for local industries. Once the soil is exploited for coal, recultivating process begins. Slowly though.

Lower right corner of the photo shows the most atractive business recently: apartment building. There are more than 10 construction companies currently building apartments all over the place. Some of them are just adding few storeys at present flat roof residential apt buildings, and some are building from ground up.  Average cost for new unfurnished apartment is 600 - 800 € per square meter, central heating included.
